Argo Team is an consulting company specialized in customer, inventory and sales data analysis and marketing campaign planning and evaluation. We started in 2004 as a pure software development company. In the following years, we extended our offer to Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing and Database Optimization. In 2006 and 2007 we implemented the first retail data mart. In 2008 we made the key decision to focus on data analysis as this is where the market demands meet our expertise the best. In 2010 we expanded our marketing support services with Internet Marketing and SEO. Currently, we provide data analysis services that include advance reporting from retail data mart (inventory transactions and daily snapshot schema), turnover and GMROI analysis, customer and product segmentation based on various criteria and goals, data driven marketing services, SEO and complementary services like personalized email and direct mail, graphical design and copywriting.

The Original Argo Team

The company name was inspired by the ancient Greek myth about Jason and the Argonauts and their quest for the Golden Fleece. Jason and a company of 50 heroes set out on a perilous voyage across rough seas to distant lands. Despite obstacles and dangers of every sort, the Argonauts achieved their goal and returned home safely with their trophy in hand.

The story of Jason and the Argonauts is a story about teamwork, leadership and dedication. Jason is a leader with a vision who does not accomplish his mission on his own. He has a diverse and talented crew on board his ship that included navigators, shipbuilders, astronomers and warriors. Again and again, it is their teamwork that proved decisive in overcoming difficult challenges.
